just great
-- Believe me. Sometimes when life looks to be at its grimmest, there's a light, hidden at the heart of things... I would love to be here at this scene! I love the hue and intesity of the sunset, it is gorgeous. Beautiful composition. This brings out such a happy, cheerful and relaxed emotion. Great stuff!

Critiques
On occasion, even with a strong, primary element in the photograph IN that sacred place, something dramatic and visually exciting comes to pass. My first viewing of the thumbnail for this was that it was a piece of artwork (painting, etc.)!
While that setting sun is tossed into that valued middle spot, it doesn't exclusively catch - and hold on to - the viewers' eye as a static image. Your scene has plenty of wonderful "eye candy" to entertain the beholder - from the "theatrical" contrast between warm and cool colors; to the contrast of backlighted textures between the four unique quarters: the soft clouds, the water's waves, the damaged-over-time weathered concrete, the building-front vertical wall, with the steel lattice tower playing with that sunset.
Overall...everything works, and works WELL with your framing!
Nicely done!
